Welcome to FlashGallery (hereinafter referred to as "this application"). Before downloading, accessing, and using this application, please carefully read this "User Service Terms". Your downloading, installation, and use represent that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these terms. If you do not agree to any content of these terms, please uninstall and stop using this application immediately.
I. Service Description
FlashGallery is a local photo album management and creative tool application for iOS users, mainly providing local image processing services such as album heatmap statistics, album categorization, travel template collages, and a multi-functional media toolbox.
All photo analysis, categorization statistics, image layout, and media detection functions in this application are performed locally on the user's device. It does not force an internet connection, does not upload the user's original images, and does not back up the user's album content to the cloud.
The developer reserves the right to upgrade, optimize, adjust functions, and iterate versions at any time to improve product experience and service stability.
II. Usage Rights and User Obligations
1. You agree to use this application only within the legal and compliant scope, and it must not be used for any illegal or irregular purposes such as illegal collection, infringement, malicious tampering, or illegal dissemination.
2. This application requires your active authorization to read and write permissions to the photo album to function properly. You can disable these permissions at any time in the system settings; after disabling them, the relevant photo album functions will not function properly.
3. You guarantee that all photos and videos you upload, select, and edit are legally owned by you or that you have the right to use them. You must not use this application to process infringing, pornographic, violent, illegal, or irregular content; otherwise, the user will bear all consequences.
4. Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, tampering with, or stealing the application's interface, code, template materials, and functional logic, and are prohibited from using it for secondary development, commercial resale, or illegal traffic diversion.
III. Intellectual Property Statement
1.All names, logos, interface designs, copywriting, interaction logic, travel templates, layout materials, and functional visual styles of this application are the intellectual property rights of the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other relevant laws.
2. The copyright of the finished collages and posters generated by users using the templates in this application belongs to the individual user; however, the copyright of the template materials, layout design, and resources in this application remains with the developer, and users may only use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Without official written authorization, no one may copy, move, modify, commercially use, or sell the built-in resources and functional designs of this application.
IV. Service Limitations and Disclaimer
1. This application is a utility software, providing only local image organization, statistics, and layout tools. It makes no guarantees regarding the content, value, or storage security of user photos.
2. The developer is not liable for any data loss caused by users accidentally deleting album materials, failing to back up photos, unilaterally revoking permissions, or device system malfunctions.
3. This application does not collect, upload, or steal user album content or personal privacy. All calculations are completed locally on the device. The developer is not liable for any abnormalities caused by user device problems, system bugs, or interference from third-party tools.
4. The developer does not guarantee that the service will be permanently trouble-free and uninterrupted, and reserves the right to temporarily disable some functions due to version updates, system compatibility, or compliance adjustments.
V. User Content Guidelines
Users shall not use this application to create, edit, or disseminate the following content: illegal, infringing, vulgar, violent, terrorist, or content that infringes on the portrait rights or privacy rights of others. If a user violates these guidelines, the developer has the right to terminate their usage rights, and the user shall bear all related legal responsibilities.
