FlashGallery (hereinafter referred to as "this application") highly values the privacy and data security of every user. This Privacy Policy aims to clearly explain how this application collects, uses, stores, and protects your information, while also clarifying your privacy rights. This policy applies to all iPhone and iPad users using this application.
Special Core Statement (Apple Compliance): All album photos, videos, and media files in this application are processed locally on your device only. They are not uploaded, backed up, shared, or stored in the cloud. This application will not read or collect any personal privacy information, account information, or location information.
I. Information We Collect
To provide core functions such as album heatmaps, album categorization, and travel template collages, this application only obtains the following minimum necessary permissions and data after you actively authorize it:
1. Album Media Data: Only reads local media files such as photos, videos, live photos, and GIFs that you have authorized access to complete album categorization, heatmap statistics, and template synthesis.
2. Local Operation Data: The application only temporarily generates runtime cache and function configuration records locally on the device to ensure interface display and normal function operation. It will not be uploaded to any server.
II. Information Usage Method
We only use locally acquired media data to achieve the following public functions, with no hidden uses:
1. Album Heatmap: Based on the local photo shooting time, it counts the shooting frequency within the device and generates a time heatmap to help you intuitively view the album shooting records; all statistical data is only displayed locally.
2. Album Categorization: Locally identifies media content characteristics, automatically distinguishes duplicate, similar, and blurry materials, and completes album organization and filtering.
3. Travel Templates: It uses local photos to complete template splicing and layout synthesis within the device; the finished product is only saved to your local album.
4. Utility Toolbox Functions: Performs image cropping, image compression, video compression, and other operations locally; all calculations are completed locally.
III. Information Storage and Privacy Protection
1. Completely Local Processing: All photos, videos, and media files are always stored solely on your mobile device. This application will not upload, sync, or back up to cloud servers.
2. No Background Collection: The application will not silently read, scan, or upload your album content in the background.
3. No Third-Party Sharing: We will not share, sell, or rent any of your media or personal data to any third-party company, organization, or individual.
4. Temporary Cache Cleanup: Local temporary cache generated by the application will be automatically cleared when the application is uninstalled or your phone is cleaned up; it will not be permanently retained.
IV. Permission Usage Instructions
This application only requests the minimum permissions necessary for operation:
1. Album Read and Write Permissions: Used to read media materials, complete album organization, template synthesis, and save finished images and videos to the local album. Disabling this permission will disable album-related functions.
2. No Unnecessary Permissions: Does not request unnecessary permissions such as location, microphone, contacts, network, or background refresh.
You can turn off or modify album permissions at any time in iPhone's "Settings - FlashGallery".
V. Privacy Protection for Minors
We highly value the privacy protection of minors. This application will not actively collect any personal information or media data from minors. Minors should use this application with the supervision and authorization of their guardians.
VI. Data Deletion and User Rights
1. All media files always belong to the user. You can delete and manage photos and videos in the album at any time.
2. After uninstalling this application, all local cache and temporary data will be completely cleared, leaving no application-related data.
3. You have the right to turn off album permissions and stop using this application at any time, fully controlling your personal image privacy.
VII. Privacy Policy Updates
We may revise this privacy policy appropriately based on feature iterations and platform rule updates. Updated versions will be posted within the application and will take effect. Continued use indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
